The staff service was amazing. This seems a traditional place that has all the values of a traditional high-quality hotel tailored to domestic customers, unlike flashy hotels tailored to tourists. They go the extra mile to make your stay very comfortale and well cared for, such as bringing your luggage up to your new room if you have a change of rooms, taxi concierge so that you do nothing other than sit and wait (in case you have heavy luggage). Views are amazing from every window. Rooms are large and comfortable, which is hard to come by in Tokyo. Breakfast is healthy, Western and Japanese, buffet style. Very convenient location, close to multiple train lines. Modern neighborhood. Love the place. Value for the price is great. One note is that the bath male and female sides switch every week. So whether you get the ocean view or city view that week depends on your luck! If your stay spans across two calendar weeks, you could get both views.

Excellent location. The hotel is 70m away from Takeshiba station, which is a perfect for trips to Big Sight Tokyo - if you travel for business. Yet, it was just 2 ststions away from Ginza. The rooms are well equiped, although a bit more storage space would be much appreciated. Generous bathroom area and separate toilet with heating and bidet was very welcome. Breakfasts were nice. Rice and Miso soup for breakfast was my daily choice. If you decide to pay extra for Harbor view, you will be greatly rewarded with an amazing sunrise every morning + breathtaking sight at the Rainbow brigde.

Within walking distance from Hamamatsu-cho mono rail station, can use sky bridge walk way through Soft Bank building all the way to the hotel to avoid traffic. Many place to eat in Soft Bank office building, Takeshiba station gives good access to Shinbashi and Odaiba. Nice scenery of Tokyo Bay, old Tokyo Tower, new Tokyo Tower, Convenience store (Family Mart) on opposite block, Have a hot spring on 18th floor (view was not as good as expected), and most important of all, with a fairly reasonable price.

Proper hotel, actually a wedding and banquet venue. Great ocean view. Quiet rooms with daily cleaning. Onsen available but whether you get the Skyview depends on which side of the building your gender is on that week, jacuzzi and sauna room. 3 meals available in its restaurants and cafe as well as in room dining. Very good Japanese breakfast buffet. Yamaha piano with autoplay keys is a nice touch in the lobby, calm background music. Cafe has free refills for hot tea and coffee.

Even though the room did not have views of Tokyo Bay or other landmarks, it had a view of the Yurikamome Line. As a trainspotter, it was very exciting. Onsen facility is decent and quiet. Room is sizable for the price I paid. Toyosu Market is about a 20 minute ride away, but is convenient as you do not need to transfer between lines.
